Interacción social y cultural como vía de aprendizaje del docente en ejercicio 736k2q

RESUMEN:

Este texto describe las principales actividades con las cuales aprende el docente de Primaria. Desde la inducción, se contrastaron datos del Proyecto Educativo de Centro (PEC), grupos focales y entrevistas en centros educativos dominicanos. El tratamiento de los datos con el ATLAS.ti permitió concluir que las actividades que propician la interacción sociocultural privilegian el aprendizaje y que es difícil tipificarlas. Desde estas comprensiones se plantea una teoría pedagógica a la que se ha denominado “Triángulo interactivo del aprendizaje del docente”.

ABSTRACT:

This text describes the main activities which the Primary teacher learns from. Since the induction, data was crossed from the Educational Center Project (PEC), focus groups and interviews in Dominican educational centers were contrasted. The treatment of the data with the ATLAS.ti allowed us to conclude that the activities that promote sociocultural interaction favor learning and that it is difficult to typify them. From these understandings there is a pedagogical theory that has been called "Interactive triangle of teacher learning".
